Ed Francis DCH
Are you looking to change an aspect of the way you think, feel or behave? Most of us do at some point in our life; but no matter how hard we try, sometimes it can be difficult to achieve our goals on our own. For a number of years, I have been helping people to achieve these goals through hypnotherapy.
I have a passion for helping people, therapeutic studies and hypnosis and I have used the techniques that I now use on my clients to make changes to my own self development. Learning about the human mind has given me the opportunity to pass on my skills in order to help others and I understand how hard it can be to make those changes without support.
I specialise in smoking addiction and depression and anxiety issues, working alongside several GPs. However, hypnotherapy can also support other concerns including weight loss, fears and phobias, sleep problems and other medical issues.
All of my clients have succeeded in achieving their goals. I use many techniques and approaches and tailor every therapy session to suit every client's needs along with offering full support and advice after therapy.
I practise hypnotherapy in Reading, Berkshire and the surrounding areas and would be more than happy to discuss your therapeutic needs with you. In some cases, I can even make home visits for those less able to make their way to my practice of Hypnotherapy.
If you are suffering from depression or anxiety issues, or you want to stop smoking then why not contact Ed Francis Hypnotherapy in Berkshire for a FREE consultation where you can discuss the solutions to you concerns.
