Ed Francis DCH
I have a passion for helping people, therapeutic studies and hypnosis, I have used the techniques I have learnt on myself for personal development and now use these skills with my clients to make changes in their lives. Learning about the human mind has given me the opportunity to pass on my skills in order to help others and I understand how hard it can be to make those changes without support.
I specialise in helping people to manage stress and anxiety issues including fears and phobias. However, hypnotherapy can also support other concerns including weight loss, depression, sleep problems and other medical issues.
I have a practice of hypnotherapy in Reading, Berkshire and the surrounding areas and would be more than happy to discuss your therapeutic needs with you, I use many techniques and not always hypnosis. In some cases, I can even make home visits for those less able to make their way to my practice of Hypnotherapy.
If you are suffering from depression or anxiety issues, or you want to stop smoking then why not contact Ed Francis Hypnotherapy in Berkshire for a FREE consultation where you can discuss the solutions to you concerns.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have trained with the SCCP (The Surrey College of Clinical Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy) and gained my Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy (DCH) in 2013.
I continue to develop my practice with the SCCP to further my knowledge and skill base.
Registered as an associate member with the NCH.
I would consider myself more as a 'therapist' than a 'hypnotherapist' simply because I do not always use hypnosis, I have a wide range of skills, tools and techniques that I am able to use such as NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), psycho-therapeutic methods, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Brief Strategic Therapy, Counselling, and EFT/Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique).
